  i really appreciate the Us Army

  I leave in Haiti

  i want to Know How can i have Us governement support or an institution s' technical and financial assistance to build a virtual campus at PAPETE / LEOGANE a contry next to Port-au-Prince

  the yong population, needs specific technical trainnig, learn about leadership and get a space to learn to be qualified technicians...

  Last september ONTILITY, FAVACA, Universite feu Richard Leconte and i has organised a Workshop solar training at Site soleil / Centre Pilote ( Port-au-Prince)

  _ they was 150 student to take 40 hour s' class in design and installation PV module

  it was wonderful !!!!!!!!!!

  we entend to poursue this initiative and the staff and i are plainning the seccond one to get more qualified technincians' in alternative energy in haiti and then we ll' be able to provide energie at PAPETE / LEOGANE / Haiti and all contry arround Port-au-Prince
