  Once you become a member of the military you belong to the government. You will have to report every single thing to uncle sam including if yoi go or not to check a herpes to q civilian clinic. You will be discharge if for any reason they think you are worthless for militay service. So yes thats why a high school graduate is a good target.. I served for a while when I was only 19 now at 30 I understand why the recruiters spent money on buying me in.
