I woke up this morning to rain. By the time I left my first period class that rain had turned into heavy snow. At that point three academic buildings and my barrakcs building lost power! Unfortunately, it was on in the gym in time for my next period combabtives class. However, today we got to spar for the first time, and that was a lot of fun. My partner and I definetely had the best match. The hectic part of my day came next: I forgot my head gear in the locker room, had to run back, forgot my classroom for Military  Science was switched, had to run to my room to check the new room number, and report to class ten minutes late in the middle of an in class exercise. Luckily my substitute instructor understood about the Dept. of Phys. Education classes. Ah, well, definetely back at West Point.

The Jewish choir is practicing hard core all week, since we leave Thursday on our Florida trip where we will be performing for a congregation that is paying to fly us down there and putting us up. We want to sound really good to justify them being so kind. Keep you updated on how it goes.
