Projects just get out of hand. For anyone that works for an organization that has more than 5 people in it you can understand this. Things that start out as a simple good idea can get convoluted into huge, time consuming difficult endeavors that become too cumbersome for any one person to manage. Everyone has a hobby, and mine is building and competing with my off road Jeep ( had a nice one but the ex-wife got that one).
