I just had a birthday!!   As usual my wife got me.  She suckered me around the front of the car by putting a card on it.  What I did not notice was the huge "BIRTHDAY BOY" sign on the back of the car!  I was wondering why everyone was so friendly on the freeway going to work (yes went to work on my birthday).

I got an awesome present.  New tires and wheels!!! Yeah for me!

The old ones were 33x10.50x17, not a bad size and the wheels were some alloys that I got for free a few years ago.  My wife not only got me a set of BFG 35x12.50x15 all-terrains (a great tire) she also got me steel rims (which are easier to repair on the trail), the smaller size gives me more sidewall flex on the trail for better traction.

On top of all that she get 5!! so now I have a full size spare to go with it!  So now the next project will be to build a tire carrier.

Since I have been home and not able to leave the house much with my daughters condition, I have been doing multiple car repairs.  My car had a coolant leak to get taken care of, little stuff all around.

I was at work this week, PANAMAX and a few other operations are upcoming so I am sure I will be able to update everyone on the goings on at ARMY SOUTH pretty soon.

I have also been keeping up with the home repairs and of course taking care of my daughter.  I never could have immagined how hard getting her a bath would be with that cast on!!
