To get info on how to reclass to either 46Q - Army Public Affairs Specialist or 46R - Army Broadcast Public Affairs Specialist, you first must be in your reenlistment window, second, your MOS needs to be in the "out calls" of the latest In and Out Call Message, and finally you must meet all the prerequisites as outlined in DA Pam 611-21 (aka MOS Smartbook).
