Hello All,

Typically, I would never post anything about politics (religion, pro choice/pro life, or football :P), but seeing as how this politician was prior service I think it only polite to show him some support.

Yesterday, while walking to class, in uniform, a few cadets and myself were approached by a well dressed and kind man (Jude Prather). He started the conversation by thanking us for our service and future commitment to the United States Army. He then proceeded to tell us about his most recent tour to Iraq. As a specialist he was heavily involved in the military's effort. Lucky, he came home safely and was able to continue life with his wife and his desire to serve his community.

I do not ask you to vote for him, but simply to read what he has to say.  

If you live in San Marcos Texas I urge you to consider Jude Prather. He is running for City Council, Place 2.

• Served as a Commissioner on the San Marcos Planning and Zoning Board
• Served on Youth Commission, and the Zoning Board of Appeals
• Iraq War Veteran

• Transparency Initiative (technology in city government)
• Jobs and Prosperity
• Fiscal Responsibility
