This week the Missouri State Fair will take place in Sedalia, MO.  The Kansas City Recruiting Battalion will participate at the fair by providing a Hummer on 15 August.  The Hummer has a few items of interest; guitar hero, a boom box, and can shows movies. The recruiters will be present to answer questions and provide give aways.  A Soldier from FT. Leonard Wood, Missouri, will receive the distinguished Soldier of the Year Award  and have the opportunity to meet Governor Jay Nixon.
