The desert of Kuwait, where I am deployed, is a long way from home. The army provides 15 days of leave. It has been a great opportunity to re-connect with family. The lush green hills of New England are beautiful. I spent a few wonderful days in Vermont with my wife. I am now looking forward to completing my mission and then getting back to my family.
