I'm starting this blog with an open mindset. Next week, I go on active duty orders for an Operation Enduring Freedom deployment to Afghanistan. This will definitely be an interesting and exciting journey, and I'd be lying if I said that I wasn't a bit nervous. However, I know that life goes on, God is still in control, and it'll all be okay in the end ('cause if it's not okay, then it's not the end).

There are plenty of people who feel the same as I. Prayers & respect go out to you & all the others who have made the military a way of life. Walk proud. You are the FUTURE!!!
