asking for help
May 25, 2011
Everyone has a weakness. In ROTC your peers will be the first ones to pick up on it. Instead of trying to hide your weakness or something you're not the best at, ask for help. Find someone that is the best at it. Whatever that weakness may be: running,a c;ass, speed, rucking, pushup, muscle strength, motivation, etc. There is always going to be someone willing to help you reach a higher level of success. If you are uncomfortable asking for help talk with your mentor. If you don't yet have a mentor you should establish one. Asking for help does not mean expecting the other person to do something for you. Asking for help is supposed to help you learn how to improve your own weakness. So whatever it is you feel could use improvement get out there and work at it with someone else!
