Thursday was busy.  I think Shirley was trying to get back at me for being gone the 2 weeks prior.  We were busy the whole day and still finished on time.

By the end of the day we had delivered 6 crowns for 2 patients, extracted 1 tooth, 4 exams, 7 fillings on 3 patients, and 2 core build ups..

This patient had developed a large cavity under his crown due to not flossing regularly.  We had to cut the crown off, and remove all the decay, and build the core of the tooth back up.  He will come back in a few weeks to do a gum surgery where we remove a little bone to provide the necessary clearance to put a new crown on.  There was another large cavity that had been taken care of already (where the word "crown" appears on the picture).
