Well my fairytale experience has ended and its back to ACUs and new cadets. I can't believe my time went by so fast out in California working for Google. It was truly a great learning experience. In particular, I learned a great deal about leading individuals by inspiring them. Google does not have a rank structure like the Army does. We are going into our final two weeks here at Google. It has been a great experience thus far. We have met many tremendous people and continue to learn about the future of technology and its applications in the military. We are making great head-way on our two projects and will present them at the end of next week with our managers and a few executive sponsors.
