ROTC to Army Reserve: Commissioning May 2011.

September 21, 2010

Well, the national OML numbers are out, and I’ve been selected for duty with the United States Army Reserve. I will be entering reserve duty with the 423rd Transportation Company at Ft Carson, CO. I could not be more excited to finish up with ROTC in May, graduate from school, and earn my commission as a Second Lieutenant. I am thrilled to earn this responsibility and to earn the honor and privilege to lead America’s sons and daughters in the United States Army. I’m not yet sure of my Basic Officer Leader’s Course (BOLC) B dates or my first duty station, but I’ll know by the springtime.

Looking forward to May and commissioning with the rest of Creighton University’s Class of 2011!

How did you find a unit? If you're already in that unit I get it. But finding information on finding units is near impossible. Thanks for any info.

I spoke with a strength manager with the Colorado reserve units.
