I enlisted in the Army Reserve in 1999 for college money. I wound up liking the Army, to my surprise, and received my commission in 2004 from Ball State University in Muncie, IN. Yes, the same college as Letterman with the same degree and better GPA...I didn't get my own show! Just Kidding! Almost 8 years active and two extended deployments (one as Field Artillery PL, and the other as Brigade Staff in Logistics) here I am thinking about hanging up the boots...
