My day off

Tuesdays, One of my easiest days of the week. Two classes and out by 1330. Decided today that i wanted to work out a little extra, just a few of the muscles I hadn't REALLY focused on in awhile. Ended up doing a full workout (arms, back, legs, chest, abs). I used to work out like that almost everyday, now with the studying i have to do and the exhaustion piled on top from PT and getting up at 0500, its hard to find time to get to the gym for some extra training. I feel really good that i went and i'm trying to start a 3-day per week workout on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays. Those are the easiest days on my schedule and i'll just shift my homework to the other 4 days. I'm excited to start doing my workouts again, its my reflection time as well. With that, and PT, I feel like i'll max my APFT for sure. Maybe even go over.
