    Here we were able to utilize 2 Soldiers that had just completed Basic Training, we used them as subject matter experts and to have them tell the story. They were truley an asset for us that day. We broke the SPT down so the students could better understand the steps. We all had a blast, thank you all for the chance to leave a long lasting impression. Good Job Alabama.

    The photos taken during this event was from the Montgomery Alabama local airforce base and its airshow. We enjoyed speaking to future Soldiers, we presented challenges out there for all the participants that stood in line awaiting their turn to go thru the VAE. Individulals earned such things like waterbotttles, T-shirts, pens, pencils, wrist bands, Hats and so on.     I had the honor to support the local recruiting staff here in Riverside California during the 2010 Airshow at March Airforce base. We had a huge turn out of participants that by the numbers came to see what the Army had to offer. I used this opportunity to present the "by the numbers way of doing a correct push up", they could not hold themselves back, i even had young ones challenging me to the competion....     Baseball player, wanting to get more out of the push up. Found that taking your time, finding a rhythm and concentrate on breathing and form got him on the right track. Future Soldier taking on the challenge to conduct the chin ups and enjoying it.

    Attendees of all ages came to check out what the Drill Sergeants had to offer them at the "Drill Sergeants Fitness Area". They found various ways to conduct push ups, sit ups, chin ups and pull ups. I had focused on different techniques that would aid them in building different muscle groups and focus on Isolation. A huge turnout.
