    hey SFC medina!

im a sea cadet and i will be a company commander at the boot camp our region runs. my job is very similar to a senior drill instructor in the marine corps, i dont know the army equivilant.

so anyway i was wondering if you have any advice for new "drill sargent", how i should behave in front of recruits and how i should correct them. the latter is where i am having most trouble. at a sea cadet boot camp you cant drop recruits for push ups if they screw up. we are very limited in what we can and cannot do. what sort of correction would u recommend that is not physical?

do u recommend that i keep the pressure always on recruits or do u think they will eventually become numb to the yelling?

    thanks sarge!
