Facebook and Youtube are great Social Media tools for Recruiting, getting the Army Message out & telling your Recruiting Stations Army Story.  Facebook is where everyone is.  When used correctly, it will put your Recruiting Station on the Map with your community. 

 Many Station Commanders and Recruiters do not know how to use The Recruiting Station Fan Page to attract Fans or get their Stations Message out there.  They get frustrated, say it is a waste of time and give up.

 After I go to a Battalion's training and give my Presentation on Social Media/Facebook, I have a noticed a great spike in Recruiting Stations and Companies that start to use Facebook.  Also notice a spike in Fans on their Fan Pages as well.  They all say the same thing.  No one explained how or why to use it, just told to use it. 

 If you would like a class on Social Media and Facebook, go through your Chain of Command & have your Battalion Commander / Command Sergeant Major request me and I would be more than happy to come to your Battalion Training and teach the entire Battalion on how to use Social Media.
