Last week during mil lab, the MS 4s taught some MS 1s the proper techniques for individual movement. We taught them how to low and high curl and buddy rushes. Doing a lot of running in Cross Country and doing PT in the morning helps keep me in shape so when I do these individual movements I will not wear out as fast. Our cross country season is slowly coming to an end as we maintain our physical fitness for the regional’s race that is coming up this week. It is important to sometimes to give your body breaks i.e. before races and PT test because the human body needs time to recover and rebuild muscles. Being an athlete helps students with time management because it forces you organize your life and take advantage of the limited spare time that there is.
