I have always stressed to my Soldiers that they should have pride in everything they do. Whether it is in their personnel life or professional life. The Army is a great organization and yes it comes with challenges and hard times, but there are a lot of great times as well. We all should be proud of our accomplishments and we should always strive to be the best we can. We should always be looking to improve ourselves and our work areas everyday. Come into work everyday wanting to learn something new or make an improvement and you will be better for it. Work hard and take pride always! I see a lot of Soldiers and NCOs constantly being mad at the Army or being in the Army, but if they would just see it for what it is and work hard, take pride and try to make things better they would be better off. Just remember we all volunteered to be here, the recruiter did not force us to raise our hand. We are a part of the greatest Army in the world and we should be proud of that!
