Well I am at the Chicago Auto Show and I am having a great time. We are doing all kinds of things. This past week I was in San Antonio, TX for the All American Bowl. This was my second time to San Antonio while on the Drill Sergeant Exhibitor Program and I had a great time again. the first ting that I did was go visit Gary Job Core with fellow Drill Sergeant Schwendeman. Well I'm back in Texas again and having a great time. I have had a wonderful time being part of the Army's Drill Sergeant Exhibitor Program and my time is almost finished. One of my last events is the All American Bowl here in San Antonio, TX. Last week I traveled to Tucson, Arizona and I had a great time and would love to go back to visit again. The funny thing was, as I flew in the view from the plane was of barren desert until BAM you got to the city. So I flew into Cleveland and waited for Drill Sergeant Short to arrive. While I waited I checked in to the USO there and was warmly greeted. So I traveled back to the great state of Texas again. The flight down there this time was more eventful than I could have imagined. Five Drill Sergeants and myself converged on the Indianapolis Convention center last week for the 83rd National Future Farmers of America Convention. So I left Iowa for the great state of Texas. I visited five high school JROTC programs conducting different events at each one from question and answer sessions, physical fitness challenges, motivational speaking, and future Soldiers events. So I arrived at the airport in Iowa and was greeted by rows of corn hats, t-shirts, and coffee mugs saying "got Corn", what a reception.
