					The Army ROTC program has enabled me to not only develop the skills needed to excel as a Soldier, but as a civilian as well. Through rigorous tactical, physical fitness, and time management training, as well as exposure to Active Military Cadre, I am learning how to become a future leader in the U.S. Army.&#xD;
