      <title>Green to Gold Active Duty Option Cadet</title>

					I came to the ROTC program from active duty with the Green to Gold Active Duty Option Program (ADO). This program allows enlisted members of the Army to have an opportunity to go back to school, complete their degree, and return to the Army as a Commissioned Officer. With the ADO, I continue to receive the pay and entitlements I had while serving with an active unit, and my duty station is at the school of my choice.&#xD;
