					The first time I started thinking about applying for an ROTC scholarship was during my junior year in high school. I began thinking about whether or not I wanted to pursue a college education and if I did how I was going to pay for it. I came to the conclusion that I didn&amp;#39;t have money to spend on university tuition and I didn&amp;#39;t want to dig myself into a hole of debt. And so I decided to apply for the ROTC Scholarship.
