By: Brian Gerardi
Good Morning!

	It's a beautiful sunny day in Norwalk, CT and I'm on my way out the door to GE's headquarters in Fairfield. Things are starting to wrap up over there and within the next few days I will be fully outprocessed out of the GE system. This entails closing my network account (a measure of security, by closing out my account, GE information cannot be accessed by people digitally pretending to be me) and turning in my security badge (another measure of security,...read more

 WOW! Time certainly flies when you're keeping busy! Unfortunately, my fellow cadet and business associate, Kelechi Odocha, has left for some much needed summer leave while I finish up next week with GE. We've been assigned to the Security and Crisis Management Department.

	So far, we've been working on numerous projects for Frank Taylor and his staff, to include; workplace violence response training, tracking trends in laptop loss, analyzing incoming call patterns, and even...read more

By: Brian Gerardi
Hey all,

	Wow! What an exciting two days! It's rather late and I've got to run, literally (as PT is still free, even away from West Point!) and figuratively to work early tomorrow. I'll give you a quick run down of what's been going on;

	We (Cadet Kelechi Odocha and myself) have been working with GE's Security Department at their corporate headquarters in Fairfield, CT. We have spent the last two days on a variety of projects (to include website security and...read more

By: Brian Gerardi
Hey all,

	It's Tuesday morning of Graduation week and there are 3 and a butt days until the Firsties graduate! Things are winding down here at the academy as everyone prepares for their summer assignments and leave from West Point.

	I will be a little closer to home at the start of the summer and working with GE in Fairfield, CT. More to follow on that! After 4 weeks with GE, I will return to West Point for Cadet Field Training at Camp Buckner for another 4 weeks, and then I will look...read more
