					My father has been in the Army as long as I can remember. As a child, I never thought I would even think twice about joining any branch of military myself, but once I became a senior in High School I realized I had many options for my future. I wanted to do things on my own and gain a sense of independence, so I chose the four year ROTC scholarship as a way to pay for school.
