					Day 2, 25 July 2011&#xD;
&#xD;
	On my 2nd day at the NAACP, I spent the morning attended the First Plenary Session.  The purpose of this session is to discuss &amp;#8220;The Plight of the African-American Male&amp;#8212;Saving Our Community.&amp;#8221;  Over 500 NAACP members were expected to attend. &#xD;
&#xD;

					Day 3, 26 July 2011&#xD;
&#xD;
	This afternoon, I attended the Youth and College and Male Forum. The purpose is to discuss with male youths, college students, and older African Americans to discuss today&amp;#8217;s political and economic challenges. Over 100 males attended. &#xD;
&#xD;
	The forum was very productive.  The mediator passed around the mic so each person will have a turn to speak their views.&#xD;
&#xD;

					Day 1: Sunday, 24 July 2011&#xD;

	I spent my first day at the NAACP conference manning the US Army Educational Booth.  For this year, the 102nd Annual NCAAP Conference is held at the Los Angeles Convention Center.  The theme for this year&amp;#8217;s convention is &amp;#8220;Affirming America&amp;#8217;s Promise&amp;#8221; and attendance is  expected to exceed  5,000 including corporate sponsors, professionals, chapter leadership, youth and college students. &#xD;
