      <title>All Brain and Some Brawn</title>

					If you are anything like me, you are the type of student whose strength lies in academics. When it comes to physical fitness, it takes a lot for us to keep up. Luckily, the Army ROTC wants all their future officers to succeed. Our physical fitness training (PT) entails an hour of various strength and cardio workouts on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings from 6:30am to 7:30am. Every now and then they will add special Friday sessions including ruck marches and fun sports PT.
