	LTG Huntoon, the Superintendent at West Point, provided an excellent overview of West Point, its curriculum, activities, etc.  He is looking for ways to work with LTG Freakley to find efficiencies, strategically thinking ahead, partnerships, and the way ahead to find the most effective way to prepare young men and women for leadership responsibilities.  &#xD;

	Options - learn virtually and improve safety that saves lives&#xD;

	Examine the effect of human factors in battle. Study, field, and integration phases. Teach four in the college - many are available for electives. Used in different schools, units, and ROTC.&#xD;

	Design of education is the small group. One to four learning ratio. 16 person classroom can expand to 32 person classroom. Have 2 types of technology.       <title>Army Education Conference Bus 3</title>

					On bus 3 headed to Ft Leavenworth. Featuring Meryl Kettler from Texas troops to teachers. He wants to find a way to get Dodea to accept alternative routes to certification. This policy especially adversely affects Military spouses she works with.&#xD;
