      <title>"A Hand Up-Not A Hand Out"</title>

					Last Saturday I had the opportunity to volunteer for Stand Down and help give back to veterans&amp;#8217; who were either homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. In the military the term  Stand Down refers to an opportunity to achieve a brief respite from combat. During this break troops would assemble in a base camp to receive new clothing, hot food and a relative degree of safety before returning to the front.&#xD;

      <title>Day One</title>

					I&amp;#39;m currently a MS III Cadet in Army ROTC at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. My major is Broadcasting and Electronic Communications. As far as future plans are concerned I&amp;#39;m planning to pursue an educational delay to attend law school and commission in as a JAG.
