					The San Antonio Recruiting Battalion, on behalf of MG Campbell,  presented coins to the Bryon Steele High School AFJROTC Color Guard for the outstanding job they did during the All American Bowl Selection Tour Kick-off on 23 September. San Antonio East Company Commander Major Russ Nunley presented the coins to the students.&#xD;

					The College Extravaganza was a great success at St. Mary&amp;#8217;s University in San Antonio, TX. This event brought twelve local colleges and universities together in an effort to make college a reality for High School juniors and seniors. 	PVT Jennifer Bearden first came to her recruiter, SGT Mary Valdez of University Recruiting Station - Austin, in June 2010, with a strong desire to carry on her family&amp;#39;s tradition of serving in the Army. Her father had served in the Army as a Staff Sergeant, but had passed away in recent years.
