					Although technically accurate (I deployed to Mosul, Iraq from 2005-2006), the whimsical title of this blog is actually intended to capture the essence behind my decision to become an Army dietitian as well as draw attention to a little known specialty that has existed within the military for almost 100 years.&#xD;
