      <title>The University of Toledo ROTC Basic Week</title>

					On the first day we did LRC, Land Navigation, and EST.  During LRC the MS2&amp;#39;s were the squadleaders while the MS1&amp;#39;s were the team leaders.  This allowed  the MS2&amp;#39;s to experience leadership positions and gain a little bit of confidence.  For Land Navigation, each cadet was given a lane strip with four points on it, which were only 25 meters apart forcing everyone to use their compasses and pace count.
