I’ll be joined by a number of talented Army Chefs who I have...read more

The dust has finally settled from my trip to Germany for the Culinary World Cup. I’m happy with the results, despite us not earning the top prize, everyone on the team performed well and I am very proud of them. We made some mistakes along the way, but we're developing new menus and there are things we will work on before the Culinary Olympics. We're less than two years away from the Culinary Olympics we will continue...read more

By: Jesus Camacho
Walking into the kitchen this morning, I had a good feeling about the day ahead. We had a team meeting last night and now was the time to put things into action. We started on time and the kitchen had a great energy from the start. Throughout the preperation stage we were hitting our marks and things were going smooth. When the service window opened, we were right where we needed to be. Three hundred plates later and the whole team was feeling good about our...read more
