      <title>My experiences as an ROTC Cadet - GFTX</title>

					This post is the first of more to come about my experiences as an ROTC cadet in the Reserve Officer Traning Corps program at The University of Rhode Island.

	This past weekend the Cramer&amp;#39;s Sabers battalion conducted a garrison field traning exercise at Camp Rell in CT. During this field training exercise we practiced operating in a garrison environment and training in things such as adhering to SOP&amp;#39;s, practicing military customs and courtesies and drill and ceremony.
