      <title>Getting fit at the music festival</title>

					Here we are in New Orleans, at the Essence music festival. &#xD;
&#xD;
	Four days of stars, music, and fitness.&#xD;
&#xD;
	In the video we were surrounded by little people who all wanted a turn on the pull up bar, but being vertically challenged they needed a little boost to reach the bar. So we were giving the kids a hand getting up to the bar.&#xD;
&#xD;
	Once they were on it, they had no problems showing off what they could do.&#xD;
&#xD;

      <title>Richmond International Raceway</title>

					I just left Kentucky. We had the DECA convention out there. The event had representatives from all the big universities, and reps from major corporations. All set up to give high school seniors an idea of their options after they graduated. We also did some high school visits, and it's amazing to learn what kids think the Army is really like. That's why we are out here, on the road, talking to people though.
