On October 13 2010, I had the privilege of representing USAREC during Hispanic Heritage Foundation Youth Award Ceremony in Washington D.C. On 30 September 2010, I had the opportunity to speak to Latino High Schools students from various parts of the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Many of the students were nominated to take part of the Latino National Education Service Conference, which is part of the League of United Latin Amercian Citizens conference.
