					hello i am a MS4 cadet and Missouri S&amp;amp;T. I was active duty for three years. I seperated from active duty determined to pursue college and obtain a college degree.. I figured i could later rejoin and commission. I learned about the SMP program through the National Guard. I decided that this would be a great opportunity for me to obtain my commission. I joined the National Guard as a 09R ( which is rotc cadet status.)
