Last week during mil lab, the MS 4s taught some MS 1s the proper techniques for individual movement. We taught them how to low and high curl and buddy rushes. Doing a lot of running in Cross Country and doing PT in the morning helps keep me in shape so when I do these individual movements I will not wear out as fast.
