Well...thought I would have posted a LOT sooner...funny how things sometimes just don't work out how you planned.

I was about to tell a bit about me and how my career "evolved" to where I am now...I never could have imagined that I would be, at the age of 40, a recruiter, of healthcare professionals, in Nashville. Nor could I have imagined when my son was born that he would want to be an Army helicopter pilot! It's amazing how a person's perspective changes with time....read more

Welcome to FY 2011

By: Robert Santarsiero
Well, here we are with a new fiscal year, and new goals for growing the Army. It's getting tighter, much more competitive for scholarships...better for the Army, means we get the best of the best...for me and my team though, just means more work. Working harder to find even better qualified Healthcare Providers.

Sometimes I wonder just how I got here, to this position and this point in my life. I'll explore that a bit with you in my next post or two...I'll be at a conference...read more

AMEDD??

If you've never heard of it, it's the Army Medical Department...and it's my bread and butter nowadays. I recruit for Doctors, Nurses, Veterinarians, and every other medical specialty. It's a world apart from what I used to do, but I'm enjoying it and it's been SO enlightening!

I was a police officer years ago in Texas, and I loved my job so much I could have never imagined myself doing anything different...but here I am. So, I'm looking forward...read more
