					My name is Robert Vedra.  I am a Major on active duty, and I am currently attending Intermediate Level Education (ILE) at Fort Belvoir, Virginia.  This program, which is conducted at several sites around the country, is several months in length and is intended to give mid-career Army officers the skills they will need to succeed as they advance in rank and responsibility.
