      <title>Thinking Soldiers in the Army</title>

					I&amp;#39;m currently attending an officer professional military education course at Ft Lee, Virginia. This morning, we discussed critical and creative thinking skills of Soldiers, in today&amp;#8217;s Army. The discussion only reaffirmed my belief that our Soldiers today are not only incredibly intelligent, but routinely solve some our most challenging problems. Several years ago, I learned Soldiers and junior leaders see problems in their simplest forms.
