					As my first semester as an ROTC Cadet at The Fort Valley State University has come to a close I can truly say that I have learned a lot. My first semester at FVSU was one full of uncertainty and excitement as I took my journey. Not only was it my first semester as a cadet but it was also my first semester as a Simultaneous Membership Program (SMP) cadet with the Army National Guard as well as being a grad student.
