By: Sean VanDomelen
Training With ROK Cadets

By: Sean VanDomelen
On our CULP trip we had a chance to observe (and participate) with the ROK cadet training. It was an interesting experience. They do all their PT on a dirt field, which was mostly mud while we were there. We did PT with them and got to hear alot of their cadences. Most of which I didnt understand. But we had to represent ourselves so we sounded off with a couple of good ol' american cadences. While their PT was a little different there were somethings...read more

By: Sean VanDomelen
Im a Cadet that has spent that last 2 weeks in the ROK. We have done alot of cool, and interesting things, and made alot of new friends. This trip has really been an eye opening experience for me. Its the farthest ive ever been away from home, and its been really great to see what, and how other people around the word act and behave. The culture here is so much different from that of the USA. They have alot of customs and courtesies that I was not used to, because we do not have them....read more
