By: Skylar Holman
By: Skylar Holman
Since 9/11 is tomorrow here is a short story about how that event indirectly touched my life. I did not have anybody directly killed, but I had contact with one.

At the time of 9/11, I was at Primary Leadership Development Course (PLDC) in Grafenwhoer, Germany.
By: Skylar Holman
I will make my Army Story in several posts. It is a long time to condense into one posting. Since I am a recruiter in Houston, I hope this will help bring visibility on our station.

I graduated high school on 30 May 1998, and on 10 June, I shipped to basic training at Fort Sill, OK. I was prepared for the weather fo summer, as my hometown was 1 hour south of the Lawton Fort Sill area. I will say it was rough at first, simply wanting to go home...read more
