					Ending my first semester (FALL 2008) at the University of Guam, I was told by one of my Cadre Instructors, CPT. Cassandra Elmore and Ms. Jenny Arceo, Administrative Assistant to the PMS, that I was to receive the Army ROTC National Scholarship. To be honest, I knew I was going to be given the full ride because I met all requirements in order for me to collect it.
