					Being able to lead others and develop self-confidence was never something I thought I would be able to achieve. Self-confidence was one of the biggest fears that I had a problem with in high school and during my first year in the University of Guam. I always wanted to work on how to portray myself in front of others in situations that required me to be able to act under pressure and become a successful leader.
