					This is my first post about my AIAD with Google in Mountain View, CA.  I worked with the display advertising team and was an active member of a project they are working on called Growth at Scale.  Originally I was under the impresion that I was going to be working with a marketing team but obviously this was not hte case.       <title>Google- Leadership lesson</title>

					This is my second post on my AIAD to Mountain View where I participated in a month long internship with Google. During my initial counseling with my team supervisor I was asked what I wanted to get out of my AIAD experience.
